2020 has been an adventure for us all. I doubt we’re alone when we say how ready we are for a fresh start when the clock strikes midnight and it’s 2021. Our team is hoping for the best in this new year and hope you are too!
This year we’re skipping the juice cleanses and instead, our resolutions this year focus on being the best versions of ourselves. If you’re looking for some inspiration for your own resolutions or just want to get to know our team, check out the resolutions that we’ll be committing to in 2021!

Exercise. 2020 put a halt to my normal workout routine. My goal for 2021 is to get back on my 3 days a week routine focused on HIIT training and running.

I do not have any new years resolutions for 2021, but I am always trying to continuously improve myself. This year I worked on improving my emotional intelligence, and I plan on continuing to improve that throughout 2021 and beyond. I am also currently working on building and improving both old and new relationships.

In 2021 I will concentrate on health, both through a better diet and putting in place an exercise routine to support weight loss, flexibility, stamina, and more positive mental health.

My 2021 resolution is to lose weight and to maintain a set weight that is within the range I should be. The reason behind this is to get my weight under control again. In 2020, COVID kind of ruined things so I’m committing to this goal to maintain and live a healthy and happy life.
Our TGG University team wishes you a safe and happy start to the new year! We hope that sharing our own resolutions will inspire a positive start to the new year for you as well!
