Training Specialist/Facilitator

Position Purpose:

The training specialist is an integral part of the TGG U team. This person is responsible for building, refining, and delivering accounting learning content to internal and external participants. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and public speaking skills and a blend of experience in accounting and finance and facilitating training programs.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Design, develop and implement training curriculum, seminars, and educational resources
Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
Create and develop training materials, retention exercises, and learning activities
Continually revise course curriculum to ensure content is up to date and relevant
Assist in build-out of e-learnings

Qualifications

Understanding of managerial and financial accounting principles normally represented by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of industry experience and training
Experience in a classroom setting; taught workshops, seminars, etc. 1-2 years’ experience teaching adults preferred
Must be an entrepreneurial team-oriented person that thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, achieving personal and business goals
A desire to succeed, excellent work ethic, solid interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in the use of PowerPoint (specifically design tools)
High proficiency in Excel (e.g. sumIF, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
